Placer County Builders Exchange offers many types of services for Consumers, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Businesses related to the Construction Industry and PCCA Members. Many of our services are Free or Discounted for Members Only. Becoming a member gives you the best benefits.

Our Non Member Services Include:

Contractor Referrals for your residential or commercial projects

Free Planroom Services -

You may post your residential or commercial project in our Planrooms for hundreds of contractors view. This will assist you in receiving competitive and fair bids. Our service includes placing plans in our planrooms, uploading them to Plans On-Line, advertising them in our email and weekly publication, and keeping track of who has viewed your project online. If you choose you may have your project locked so the contractors must contact you to receive a password before viewing plans. Please contact one of our Planroom Coordinators 916-771-7229 or 530-889-3953.

Plan Copies -

PCCA will make copies of your plans and specs for a small fee. Price sheet

Private Project Service -

We can provide you with your own online planroom for only your contractors to view plans and specs through a Private Plans Online program. For more information please contact Jeff Henry at 916-771-7229.

Workshop & Seminars -

You may sign up for any of our workshops or seminars for the non member rate.

Scholarships -

PCCA offers scholarships to youth that are / or will be receiving an education in the construction industry.

Daily Project Updates -
"New Project Information" is emailed to you with all new projects received that day, all addenda received that day and all projects that bid tomorrow. You can receive this information by fax if you do not have an email address.

Email Program -
Keeping you informed. We send out information about events, workshops, flash reports, special announcements and more...

Membership Directory -
Distribution all over Placer County (your company in print over 50,000 times 2x per year)

Advertising Opportunities -
Advertising is available in our E-zone , POL, daily email updates, monthly member event updates and more...

Referrals -
Consumers and General Contractors can find a contractor just by using the search feature on our Home Page or by calling one of our offices. Members will be listed in our specialty listings to be referred through our website and by email when requested in office.

Classified Ads -
We have a Classified Ad section in our E-zone and website. Members can advertise for free. There is a small charge for consumers and non-members. Please contact us for more information.

Listing Service -
This is a free service for our affiliate members only who would like to sell or offer a special members only discount to our general membership.

True Group Medical Program -
Members are offered a true group medical program that can be tailored to the needs of you or your company.

Discount Program -
If qualified, you can receive a discount on your Workman's Comp Insurance.

Networking Events -
We have several events throughout the year where our members can network. Including Membership Appreciation Lunches, New Member Orientations, Seminars, Workshops, etc...

Social Affairs -
Our Annual Dinner, Golf Tournament, Annual BBQ are always fun events that fill up quickly, make sure to RSVP right away.

Voice in Government -
PBX has organized a PAC (Political Action Committee). This committee will assist in keeping the association up-to-date on issues that pertain to the construction industry.

Community Affairs -
PCCA supports the community through Project Auburn, supporting the Auburn Boys & Girls Club, local ROP Programs, and more....
