Join the PCCA

Thank you for your interest in the Placer County Contractors Association and Builders Exchange.  The PCCA is a nonprofit organization founded for licensed contractors to improve the business climate for the construction industry in Placer County and surrounding areas.

Our membership consist of the following:

  • General Membership - Contractors and/or Sub-Contractors licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, Supplier of Materials and/or equipment to the Construction Industry, Manufacturers, Professional Estimators and Developers.  Each General member shall have all privileges and services of membership and shall be entitled to hold office in corporation.
  • Affiliate Membership - Individual or firm indirectly connected with the Construction Industry but not eligible for General Membership. Affiliate members include but not limited to Realtors, Architects, Engineers, Surveyors, Attorneys, CPA's and Accountants, Insurance Agents, Banks and other lending institutions, and State Certified Inspectors.  Each Affiliate member shall have limited privileges and services of membership and shall be entitled to hold office in the corporation.

 

 Dues Structure:

Membership Dues $400 per year
Plans On-Line $150 per year
(Includes 3 users)

 

Membership dues are billed annually from the date you become a member.  Plans On-Line is an additional service and will be billed annually on the date you purchase Plans On-Line.  Voluntary donations for PAC Council will be included with annual membership dues.
