You can submit your plans and specification
for competitive bid, or to select, pre-qualified or private bidders.
It does not matter if it is a residential, remodel or commercial project.
There is no charge for this service.
How will placing my plans in your
planroom help me with my project?
- Your project will be exposed to hundreds of licensed contractors
seeking work through our planroom, publications, emails and website.
- You can refer any contractor you would like to bid your project to
view your plans in our planrooms. (including non-member contractors)
- It will save you time and money.....no more copies to make or
delivering them to subcontractors.
- Contractors can purchase copies of your project at either of our
locations. We print on demand.
Through all of these
advantages you will save time and receive a more competitive bid which means
saving money.
What does the PCCA need from me when I
submit my project?
Copy of the project with specifications (if you
do not have specifications please complete the forms below ) We can
only accept projects in the following formats.
- Hardcopy
- Electronic (no color!) - as long as it is under 25mb
- Digitally (no color!) - can only accept tiff or pdf compressed
How to Submit your Project
Plans can be dropped off or mailed to either of
our offices. If the plans are downloadable from an ftp site please
contact Heather Gangwer at 530-889-3953.
Specification forms can be fill out and printed.
Completed form(s) can be sent with plans, emailed or faxed to our office.
