Requirements for Submittal of Electronic Documents

What does the PCCA need from me when I submit my project?
Copy of the project with specifications (if you do not have specifications please complete the forms below )
We can only accept projects in the following formats. If you have questions or need assistance please contact us 530-889-3953. Tip: You can obtain Tiff or PDF files of your drawing from your Architect or Designer.

Hardcopy
Electronic (email / ftp)(no color) - as long as it is under 25mb
Digitally (on disk) (no color) - can only accept tiff or pdf files.

Forms can be printed for completion. (see Project Documents at top right side of this page)
Completed form(s) can be sent with plans, emailed or faxed to our office.

Submit Your Project
You can submit your plans and specifications for bid as competitive, a select, pre-qualified or private bid. It does not matter if it is a residential, remodel or commercial project. There is no charge for this service.

How will placing my plans in your planroom help me with my project?
Your project will be exposed to hundreds of licensed contractors seeking work through our planroom, publications, emails and website. All bids and inquiries about your project will go directly to you or the contact of your choice. You can refer any contractor to view your project through our planroom. (including non-member contractors) It will save you time and money.....no more copies to make or deliveries to subcontractors. Contractors can purchase copies of your project at either of our locations. Ask about our Print on Demand.

What if I only want my selected contractors to see my project?
We offer two services called “Private Planroom” and “Locked Projects”. This will allow you to have your plans and specs available online at an instant from anywhere; for anyone you choose.

You will be able to see who has looked at your project. Your subs will be able to have copies made just of the pages they need, by a click of a button for a small fee.

You can order prints in advance or we will print while you wait.

We can print a variety of sizes; 8x11, 11x17, 24x36, 30x42 & 36x48 and more.

Member Pricing:
Only $2.00 per sheet for the 1st 30 pages, anything over 31 pages a discount is applied.

Non- Member Pricing:
Standard Pricing plus an additional 25%.
